Vital Signs Study

Vital Signs data is not clean, further
processes are needed to best estimate
patient In/Out time.

We compare the Vital Signs Result with
the Nurse Manually wrote Record[Sample]

We also ploted the Vital Signs Data
[Sample] out to study the features and
noises that will distrub the estimation.

We came out a systematically way to
optimal estimate patient In/Out time.
